I actually have used proactiv for the longest-yet expenisve, but well worth it. It not only clears of black heads, also pimples!! It is also known to help clear up blemishes, and reduce the apperance of zits, and even scars!!I really recommend it-But, if you need something right away, try biore-it is really good- and also you usually have to order proactiv!! good luck.
