um without any product well the basics,

- Wash your face, when u wake up and go to bed

- Avoid touching ur face with ur hands

- Don't pick at spots, it will only make them worse.

- Maybe u could put boiling water in a bowl and put ur face in front of it and a towel over ur head this will open ur pores up, than squeeze gently at the black heads using clean tissues.

- Keep ur hair tied back if its greasy

- Ignore the people at school who tease you

Good luck!!What are your top ten tips for getting rid of spots and black heads?
firstly, drink plenty of water throughout the day, you should cut down on fizzy drinks and unhealthy foods as all this could be the reason for breakouts.

i think a good exfoliator should do the trick for your blackheads, if you don't want to buy one, you can make it at home with honey and sugar (i think) or look up a good recipe on the internet.

i also use sudo cream on my spots and for some reason it really helps them go down, just put it on before bed and rinse of any left in the morning, keep doing this in the evening and hopefully you'll see an improvement.

and don't worry about those who tease you at school, their obviously jealous, i'm sure your gorgeous : ]

hope this helped

good luck
ok first a few things to make sure you have to hand whats needed. cotton wool balls/pads, soap with no perfumes etc like dove/simple, very hot water and a towel. now when you have all these things ready in your bathroom pour the hot water into your sink, needs to be at least 1/2 full, lean over the basin with the towel over your head ensuring all the steam stays inside the towel, stay there with your eyes closed for 3-4 mins come out for a breather then another 3-4 mins, come out and use the cotton wool to wipe around the nose area etc, this isn't going to have over night success but do it on a regular basis 2-3 times per day and your skin will be lush. if you wear make up then ensure you have an easy on your skin make up remover and wash your face with soap properly every morning, when you come home from school and before bed. as for the boy maybe he ain't the one, maybe he is just stick to be friends for now.
i know you asked about things at home, but vitamins work really well, just make sure they have vitamin E in them, and drink lots of water, or squash if you dont like water.

that cleares your skin before spots even come up so you wont have to worry about products to get rid of the actual spots.
You need to drink lots of water and make sure you try to eat healthy. Cut out crisps and greasy foods as much as possible. Make sure you cleanse and moisturise daily. If its really bad after you have tried this for a while it may be acne and you should go see your doctor as then they can give you some medication to help the problem.

Hope you find this useful, good luck!
1 Tip: Make an appointment with a dermatologist; they are skin professionals and your problem of spots and blackheads is what they are there for. Call tomorrow morning (or get someone to call for you) and get something set up for their earliest opening. You will be very glad you did!
