How do i get rid of pimples and black heads fast?

I have three huge ones, ones already popped, and the others are just red, and the black heads hurt bad and i have like 4!.

NEVER POP PIMPLES!! It spreads bacteria around your face and will create even more pimples. I find the best way to stop an appearance of a BIG pimple is to dab toothpaste on it before you go to bed. This will shrink in size. If you have a small pimple, do the same thing, it should go away. If doesn't work, try do the same thing with a lemon!How do i get rid of pimples and black heads fast?
The best way for me was to pop the pimples and make sure that you get the blood out of the pimple to or it wont work very good.
