What can i do to ge rid of Black Heads around my lip?

I have a few fine boils around my lip, nothing too noticable but you could see it if you looked at my lips closely, i think it may be black heads. Does anyone have any remedies or know anyway of getting rid of them?What can i do to ge rid of Black Heads around my lip?
I had some black heads around my nose. This is what I did:





Everyday, I would rub Neutrogena stuff on them, until it dissolved. I would leave this on the WHOLE day. Then, at night, I would take rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and scrub the area with that. They went away after a week.
