how to get rid of black heads, its depressing !!

An understanding of Blackheads may help here. You see each hair follicle is connected to a sebaceous gland. These glands secrete an oily substance known as sebum to lubricate your hair and skin. Sebum normally travels up along the hair shaft and then out through the opening of the hair follicle onto the surface of your skin. When your body produces an excess amount of sebum and dead skin cells, the two can build up in the hair follicle and form together as a soft plug. This plug may cause the follicle wall to bulge and produce a whitehead. Or, the plug may be open to the surface and may darken, causing a blackhead.





I suggest trying AcneDerm Foaming Wash together with AcneDerm Medicated Lotion, a complete anti-bacterial acne treatment that clears the skin by fighting bacteria and unblocking oil ducts. Do NOT use those black heads remover. The one it's like tape and sticky and you put it over your nose. It makes your black heads bigger so, more dirt can go in. Eventually, your black heads gets bigger. I was told to use those scrubs. You know like a cleanser that has little beads in it so, its scrubby when you wash your face. Apparently, those remove the dirt from your black heads. I personally use proactive.
rubbing alcohol (WINTERGREEN) and a cotton ball or two lmao hope this helps
