Can anyone please tell me the best way to make black heads smaller and acne gone?

Well I have black heads all over my nose (small and big) and on my forehead and some on my face. I need something to make them smaller and not that noticable. Also acne is a big problem with me.Can anyone please tell me the best way to make black heads smaller and acne gone?
blackheads only go away if you squeeze em out. then after you squeeze em all out use the stridex or oxy type cleansing pads. then apply the benzoyl cream. use face powder. Can anyone please tell me the best way to make black heads smaller and acne gone?
Wash your face and then apply lemon juice to the black head areas at night. Leave on till morning and rinse off.

Acne ia a little more difficult because of hormones, stress, food, etc. Keep your face clean, use a clean pillow case each night and try a face product like Oxy 10.

Less is best.
read the book called ';the acne cure'; at the bookstore. he recommends stuff that is cheap and pretty easy to find. what he says about the ice is so true
To begin with your diet has a lot to do with whats going on inside your body, do you eat a lot of junk foods and candy? Or do you indulge in whats good for you ? Fruit and Veggies are good as gold and lots and lots of H2O (water) also if you play sports and sweat a lot do not touch your face with your fingers, your fingers hold a lot of transferable bacteria and when you touch your face, that bacteria makes for breakouts. Get you a good anti-bacteria face soap, and use it at least 2 times per day and that combined with lots of fruit, veggies and water should take care of the problem.
If you use oily products on your hair. Stop using it anymore. Excercise until you sweat really good. Clean 'n clear - face wash is good. You have to find the product that will work for you. Check out the acne product aisle in Walgreens/Riteaid/CVS etc read the labels to find the best product for you. I heard that Arbonne has some really good products.
There are multiple solutions for acne and black heads problems...but you should first see a dermatologist to create the ';profile'; of your acne....He will state the type of complexion you have and he needs to take some blood samples cause it's all in the blood.

I've used some acne creams and they proved to be effective.

You probably need a cream to help you lower the sebum level in your T-zone area (fot the black heads problem) and one to zip your acne :))
