Im 12 and I have black heads all over my nose and I don't know how to get rid of them. I have yellowish white teeth and i wont to know how to get WHITE teeth.How do u get rid of black heads? How do u make your teeth whiter with out fancy tooth paste?
just wash your face with soap. while washing, use warm water. to remove soap use cold water, which helps close the pores after washing. for the teeth I'v heard mix baking soda with salt then put a little on your toothbrush and brush away!

Black heads are so easily taken care of ..remember to wash your face everyday with soap!! they'll clear up on their own if not ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist. As for whiter teeth brushing in the morning and night helps , but i also suggest using hydrogen peroxide every other day in addition to toothpaste. If that doesnt help you may once again ask your parents to take you to a dentist.
black heads-just keep washing your face + use an exfoliant once a week. everyone get's them. as for the teeth? baking soda :) but don't use too much because it eats away at your enamel! also use a mouth wash :) listerine.
just wash your face really well and about the yellow teeth....eww....just brush after every meal...and use baking soda
Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. ;-)





The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.





As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don't seem to do anything at all.
