Black heads!!!!?

I have a grip of black heads all over my nose and they just wont wanna come out! Ive tried squeezing them out with my finger nails but nothing! Ive heard that those steam mask things work pretty good?





Any other ideas on how to get rid of them?

there are beauty products that especially formulated for blackheads, try some of them until you find whats best for your face.


another thing is, wash your face in lukewarm water and use facial scrub. do it everyday and your blackheads will be gone.Black heads!!!!?
Oh gosh! Stop trying to extract them out yourself! Go to the spa and get the aesthetician to extract them out for you. Or get to your dermatologist if you want. But they do the same thing except the latter is more exy.





They first use steam to open up your pores for about 10 minutes and use a special tool (you can get it at Wal-mart, not sure what it is called, comedones extractor?) to gently squeeze them out.





But most importantly, DO NOT use your nails to squeeze them out!!! It's WRONG.





You can get your doctor to prescribe Differin gel for you. But personally I use sulfur preparations. It breaks down the blackheads. But most of the time, you gotta go to the experts. If you don't mind trying the 'natural way', use raw egg white and spread it over your skin after washing up. Leave for about 10 minutes. Then use the extractor to squeeze the blackheads out. It's supposed to work.





But at the end of the day, it's better to know how blackheads are formed and prevent any new ones from popping out. Good luck!
Use a really warm face cloth and let that sit on your face for 1 minute, then use a face scrub and wash your face with that, wipe your face down with a warm face cloth, wash with facial cleanser. Repeat once a day until black heads are gone....
Hear is a great way in getting rid of black heads! (this works!)


1. Have a pot of water boiling in your stove. Make sure it reaches to a steam.


2. Put your face over it allowing the steam and heat to reach your face. The heat will open up your pores.


3. Wash your face with lukewarm water with scentless soap. The dirt will leave your pores!
My nose also has a lot of blackheads. Blackhead masks, those that stiffen up and then you can peel off, work well for me. I guess many things work but this one's fun [haha]. But you have to put cold water on your nose right after so that your pores will shrink again. If you feel that your blackheads are getting bigger [a result of pores that are growing larger], I suppose it would be hard for you to find a good way of removing blackheads.
