What's better, getting a facial or popping pimples and black heads yourself?

I've been popping pimples, black heads, and white heads myself for the past 20 years. I am careful about not getting obsessed when something won't pop so I usually don't damage my skin. Pimples sometimes seem to have a life if there own and swell on the planet known as a person's face. Newtons law of Inertia goes as follows; ';Every object remains in a state of rest or of uniform motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an outside force.'; (An outside force is a net force.)





The pimple(s) have to be moved from their stationary spot. Move it around with your finger, it disturbs the pimple. Steam you face, it opens the pores, use a facial, it causes things to change underneath the skin.





Adrien Arpel makes two products that are very helpful, and can be purchased on line.





The first is Adrien Arpel Honey %26amp; Almond Scrub.


Directions say put if on your face for 5-10 minutes.


I leave it on over night. When we sleep our body heat will activate the mask. Put a towel on your pillow so it won't leave a mess.


Wash it off in the morning with a warm wash cloth.





The second part is Adrien Arpel Volcanic Mud Mask. That you only leave on until it drys and take it off with a cold wash cloth.





Do these two things once a week for a while. You will see an improvement, Then you can do this treatment about one a month.
It's not better, just different. i would suggest you get a facial a few times a year, like 2 - 3 times, and do the rest yourself inbetween, but i am sure you will notice there will be less pimples %26amp; black heads to deal with.

If you pop and pick at blemishes, bacteria spreads and can cause new ones or leave scars. Not fun.
