my body is so dirty, it leaves many black spots and stuff. When i scratch them with deep pressure during hot bath, a black substance appear. My mom says that is sweat which stuck in my body and its unable to get out so that is why its making my body darker and dirtier.
But scrubbing during bath is so painful,is there any other method that i can get rid of this dirt around my body effectively other than scrubbing?What is the best way to get rid off black heads and dirts around your body?

Use some rubbing alcohol on the spots before you take a bath, just put some on a towel and wipe your spots, you will see the dirt coming off your body.
