Always wash your face twice a day without fail.

In the Am/PM with a face wash - acne wash if needed.

Change your pillow case a lot if you have acne or oily skin.

(twice a week or flip it mid week)

Foods to avoid is a debate acne is caused by hormones and stress. If you break out think about what you did eat ?

Make a mental note to avoid it if it happens again.

Water is great flushes the system.

Use a shampoo for oily hair start at the top of your head.

Using a toner after you wash/dry face is great to balance the face - and keep black heads away.

If your face is oily think about how often you touch it.

My son showers at night (and in the AM) with proactive it's helped his skin a lot.

Minimal sun exposure can help acne but be cautious not to get burned - and an SPF for the face is great - but can clog pores. So.. just be sure to get a small dose at a time.

So you also don't age to fast. What are good things to avoid getting (or getting more) pimples and black heads. 10 points to whom ever answer
You should eat more low-glycemic foods, one's that are high slow the healing time of acne. Low-glycemic foods are grapes, cherries, tomatoes, grapefruit, egg plant, pasta, bread, oranges, and beans. High glycemic foods are watermelon, rice, peanuts, and waffles. See the april 2008 issue of teenvogue page 202.

The sun dries out your skin and makes you look like you have less acne but then when you're older you'll have wrinkles, so wear sunscreen and get more sun. Sunlight naturally makes vitamin C in your body.

Only shower once a day or 6 times a week. shower at night because skin cells renew themself a night.

Yes wash your face before you go to bed and when you wake up.

Yes bacteria and dirt builds up on your pillow and can cause more acne.

STOP touching your face is spreads bacteria and sebum, oil your pore give off.

Don't pop pimples it releases the bacteria and sebum under your skin and make the pimple swell and spread to cause more.

Greasy foods don't cause acne by getting on you face. If your face gets sweating use a blotting towel after exercise.

Use bareminerals to cover up acne if works wonders!
