What can a 13 year old girl do to avoid pimples and black heads?

My little cousin is starting to get pimples. When one goes away, another one comes. Thye usualy appear on her nose or on her chin, where she has black heads (how can she get rid of those, too?). She doesn't touch her face too much, washes her face everyday, and drinks water. Anything else she can do?What can a 13 year old girl do to avoid pimples and black heads?
first of all, make sure that she cleanses, exfoliates, and moisturizes day and night. a toner might help too. if she wears makeup, make sure it's oil-free, and doesn't cause pimples (its noncome- something, i forgot). also, when she's cleansing, make sure she doesn't make her face squeaky clean, that means she's stripping her face of natural oils, and that will in turn cause more oil production, which equals more zits. also, don't over-exfoliate. If it hurts to exfoliate, she's hurting her skin. also, don't pop pimples and don't use exfoliants if she has a whitehead-the heads will break off and she will end up spreading bacteria all over her skin.

good luck! What can a 13 year old girl do to avoid pimples and black heads?
You can visit my website http://www.naturalbeautycareguide.com/sk鈥?/a> We have provided alot of info about the pimples, black heads etc.
She can always try ordering Proactiv Solution. It makes all your pimples go away as soon as possible. They also have a 60 day trial thing, so that if Proactiv doesn't work in 60 days, you can return the product. It also comes with this special booklet about making all you pimples go away. You should try it!
they are just part of the teenage hormones and process. don't buy any products, they just mess up your face more. she should put on nivea cream. but no matter what they will always come whne you're a teen. and stress is a factor too. if she's stressed, more will come on her face. tell her to relax.
try to find her a boyfriend. shes just too hyper.
just part of teenage hormones. She might want to try proactive though.
Arbonne International has a line that is perfect for her. They have a line that is formulated especially for young skin which will address these issues. I would love to send you a free sample so that she may try this at see if it works for her. also included in the 4 day sample is the masque which will not only take care of her black head problem but also make her smile about her complexion. You can go to my website at www.thewayback.myarbonne.com and request a sample with no obligation.
Sounds to me like she's doing just about everything she should be doing. Changes in your body at this age is normal including some acne. What ever she does, tell her not to ';pick'; her pimples cause that leads to scarring. Maybe suggest she ask her pediatrician what can help. My daughter took an antibiotic to help her acne. A gentle anti-stringent might help. Good luck!
Get a good spot treatment.
..you know its almost impossible to avoid them.. its part of growing up and teenaging... try to stay away from too many chemicals they may hurt her skin on the long run
proact. it's not only for acne but also for pimples. it really works and change my life!
Yes, she can also get a face cleanser, and exfoliant. she can also get a zit medicine, that she can use on either pimples or black heads (or both!)
Proactiv
My best advice is for your cousin to use self-adjusting products that are niether too harsh nor too light.

She should wash her face twice a day and use a toner, to help remove whatever her face wash is unable, each time she washes, and a moisturizer.

She can try the Intelligence...Not-so-Basic line at:

http://www.HMaggio-Pure-Skin-Care.com

The products are self-adjusting and the company offers a full 45-day, money-back guarantee.

In addition to using self-adjusting products, proper diet, exercise and a proper amount of sleep can also help.
DUHH!! PROACTIVE SOLUTION!!!!!!!
tell your cusing to put crim in the face becase those pimples are scary
keep you hands away from your face, wash regularly
well all teens pretty much gets pimples, no matter what you do. shes doing the right thing. i dont know if this is what youre supposed to do, but when i got a blackhead, i just picked it out with my finger. it was soooooo gross and it kinda hurt. she should probably talk to the doctor and maybe she can perscribe a medicine thing to get rid of them
As well as drinking water and washing her face with a gentle cleansing wash, it pays to avoid fatty, oily foods like chips, chocolate, cream etc and eat lots of vegetables and fruit.

Exercise can also help as when you sweat, it can help unblock your pores.

Have a hot steamy shower each day which widens the pores and helps clear them.

Keeping her hair away from her face and washing it regularly and not touching her face also helps prevents them from becoming infected.
go to a dermetologist. They can perscribe medicine to treat the acne.
spot treatment, clean and clear, witch and any 3 in 1 treatment!
PROACTIVE IS NOT FOR SPOT TREATMENT! its for people who have severe acne.
The best thing you can do is cleanse your face. I would recommend the Mary Kay VELOCITY Cleanser which does three things to help with blemishes. It cleanses the surface dirt, exfoliates the dry, dead skin, and tones to help your skin look fresher and cleaner. In addition, Mary Kay has a fabulous Acne Treatment Gel. Have your mom or your cousins mom contact a local Mary Kay consultant or go to www.MaryKay.com/tbond61 for more information.

If she's 13, it's only the beginning of a long battle. That's when my daughter started getting acne. By age 15, I was taking her to a dermatologist to extract those stubborn blackheads. She had them on top of her nose, under her nose and even in her ear. Gosh, it was worth every penny I paid to get rid of those things. To my knowledge, there's not a product out there that will remove blackheads, especially if they are deep. They have to be extracted somehow. Once there gone though, it is important to keep up a consistent regimen using mild, but effective products on the face. That might possibly prevent them, plus don't wear liquid make-up that will clog pores.
There's nothing to do except let them run their course. It's called puberty. I had a rough time with pimples around that age, but they cleared up after a little while. It's just puberty. Just one of those things.
