i suggest you spend like $60-$100 %26amp; go to a spa and get a facial. they'll extract all the impurities with sterile tools and then you can ask them for some tips on maintenance- like washing your face every day, twice a day %26amp; stuff like that plus products you can use like pore minimizers, etc.. but it sounds like you need a good stripping down by a pro first otherwise if you try and do it yourself, you can damage delicate capillaries on your nose and end up with permanent red spots all over your nose plus the blackheads will still be there too. as far as acne goes, again washing and rinsing is very important then using a product with salicylic acid to dry them out will hopefully help
