How to get rid of black heads effectively?

I'm currently using nose pore tapes every 2-3 days but there are still a couple of HUGE black heads I cannot remove. Is there any effective method of removing them without damaging my skin? How to get rid of black heads effectively?
Hygiene is very important and we do not talk here only about washing your face. Use clean pillowcases regularly, which means that you need to change your pillowcase once a day or every two or three days. The oil from your face tends to remain on the pillowcase, so if this gets dirty, your face will have to suffer, too.

Steam is very good for your skin. If you do not want to use a facial steamer and stand with your face above it to wait for your pores to open, another solution to take advantage of the steam properties is to close all the doors when you take a shower and let the hot water run until the air gets steamy. The open pores will make the process of removing the blackheads a lot easier.

We said already that hygiene is a must, but be careful as too much washing and drying can cause damage to your skin. Twice a day is enough for your delicate face skin, otherwise it will tend to get all oily to compensate for the dryness. Also, you must use a gentle soap that do not cause your skin to become extra dry.

Diet is a thing you must consider when you decide to fight against pimples. Junk food especially is too fat for your skin and it will favor the appearance of acne and blackheads. A healthy diet, on the other hand, will have the contrary effect, which means you will have fewer blackheads if you eat natural good food.

The towel you use for drying your face after every wash must also be clean. Cleanliness is very important as oil and dirt remain on the cloth and then they may pass again on the skin, which will lessen the effect of your efforts. Change towels every day and you will no longer have this problem.

Not every patch of your skin is affected by blackheads. There are some areas that tend to get easily infected and one of them is the nose. The problem can be avoided by paying special attention to these areas and cleaning them properly and efficiently. How to get rid of black heads effectively?
Not removing them, but getting rid of them for good. Apple Cider Vinegar internally (you can get at any grocery store). Use sulfur externally (you can find in many products, just look at some products at your pharmacy, Prosacea has some in it for example). Only use sulfur for bad breakouts until your system is clear. After taking apple cider vinegar weekly, it will disappear for good. You just have to mix it with some water and drink it. Like a tablespoon in a glass of water, twice a day. It tastes nasty but in that much water you wont notice it and it will absorb better in your body. It alkalizes all the acidic stuff in your body so it basically cleanses you. Its natural and safe. Just dont drink it without water, its vinegar so it could burn your esophagus if you drink it straight. Other than occassional sulfur, dont scrub your face or wash it too much, you remove the sebum thats on there, its a protective layer of oil. When you remove that oil, your face thinks it needs to produce more to make up for it, so it ends up producing too much and makes the situation worse over time.

You can pick up a blackhead tool remover at Walgreen's or Walmart.

This tool is made of stainless steel and on each end there is a small loop with a hole in it. It is about 4 to 5 inches long and skinny. About the size or smaller than a toothbrush.

Make sure your hands and face are clean. Use a witchhazel or alcohol pads before and after use.

You can probably go on YouTube to watch a how-to video on removing blackheads with the above mentioned tool.

As the advice from DD - Yes, do steam your face before removing your blackheads. DD is right that the steaming of the face will open the pores and make it easier to remove your blackheads. You can pick a small handheld facial steamer at Sally's Beauty Supplies on line or at local Sally's if available. The facial steamer is small about the size of a water bottle and should cost no more that $30.00 us dollars.

Good luck.
