Do you black heads make your nose look bigger?

With all the stuff inside the blacks heads and if you have alot of black heads does it?Do you black heads make your nose look bigger?
i dont noe but lackheads are gross to have ...if u have blackheads use biore blackhead strips ...they work real good the pull out the blackheads....if u use them remember to wash your face with soap and water and then steam your face so your pores get bigger and easier to get the blackheads out then after u take off the strip wash your face again and then rinse it with cold water to close your pores
