What do I do for really bad ache and how do I get rid of black heads?

I've had really bad ache since I was 13 1/2 and the docs say it all starts with black heads and I can't seem to get rid of ether of them. All of the meds that the docs gave me ether made it worsh or did nothing at all! Since I'm 18 now I've gotten alittle tierd of the ache so I am open to all thoughts on this. Any suggestion?What do I do for really bad ache and how do I get rid of black heads?
Go to a dermatologist (get a referral from your Doctor if you cant find one). Another thing to do is help yourself - a good diet, plenty of water etc, try taking Zinc tablets too, these are reputedley good for the skin.
