How do you get rid of black heads?

I started having blackheads. It starting freak me out when i actually pop one and it left me a hole on my cheeks. Every since then I got so carious about it. Any advise?How do you get rid of black heads?

I don't know if it's possible to completely get rid of black heads without some dermatologist help. I do know that there are these things you can use on your nose that dry up like paper mache' and actually pull out some of the blackheads. You can get them in the skin care section at the market. Then just wash your face normally twice a day. Clearasil works wonders for me.





And don't worry about that hole in your face, it's just a pore and it will close up within a day or two (:
* Avoid using creamy, greasy, and thick (emollient) products. This alone will greatly lessen your chances of sprouting blackheads.





* Use a gentle and water-soluble acne cleanser.





* DO NOT use bar soap!!! The ingredients that hold soap in a bar form can clog the pores in your skin. They can also cause skin cells to flake off prematurely and clog the pores. If you have dry skin you will need to use a cleanser that has a bit of moisturizer in it, but be careful! The excess moisturizers can cause an increase in oil on your skin.
Well for one, never EVER pop them. Ever! It will leave scars and it can bleed. Then another one will grow in it's place, and most of the time it's even bigger. Just remember to wash your face every day, especially if you wear makeup that covers your face like cover up or blush. This will cleanse your skin. Keep your skin clean, and use the most natural mineral products to get rid of the blackheads. Hope this helps!
I know most people see all these commercials that say things like,';Try this..blah blah blah product to get rid of Black-heads Now!';, But once you buy them you may find out that they do not work and are non-refundable. Therefore I am saying you should try this, it worked for me so I hope it works for you. Fill a sink with some water, put about your hand width of tomato ketchup into the water then a dab of salt, Mix them around for a while and then with a normal face cloth wipe it all over your face. DO this for about 3 days AND....NO MORE BLACK-HEADS!
Wash your face - see a dermatologist for recomendations of soap cleanser use and your doctor to see if he/she can prescribe anything.mI think Long's Drugstore sells these scrubs for blackheads in a little cylinder - shaped container that you can use to clean out the dirt in your pores.
If you feel the need to pop them, rub the area with ice to shrink the pore to keep dirt from re-entering. Try a product like pore strips for nose and face. They gently pull blackheads out from the skin.





In the long run, use a good facial scrub to prevent future breakouts.
Pro-Activ and Pond's pore cleansers. They have some for the nose and some for the face in general. I just use the nose ones on my whole face. They work wonders. Also, one of those face steamers (or putting your face over a sink of hot water with a towel over your head) helps to bring them out.
buy a black head popper at k mart or walgreens or something.
Clean and clear black head eraser. I leaves your skin feeling smooth and black head free after just a few uses. For extra care try using the clean and clear blackhead eraser AND the Neutrgena skin clenser.
Uhm, wash your face.. No Biggie.

i take away my blackheads by using the Wave once a week %26amp; popping them. after you pop them, make sure you put a spot treatment or mask on the spot.

You just need to get some Biore Pore Removing Strips and then wash your face 1-2 a day with a facial cleanser and pore toner.. Your pores will get smaller thus stopping a blackhead!
