use some kind of black heads preventing scruber(neutrogena worked for me) and steam once a week and also try to use some stripper

use soap and water, and rub it. it should come off.

Use a scrub, and if you don't want to spend money on that just add sugar to your regular facial soap. Then use Biore's pore clearing strips, those worked the best for me.
